This large, centrally located holiday home offers ample space for up to 10 guests, making it perfect for family gatherings or group vacations. The home features four spacious bedrooms, including a large bedroom on the first floor that can accommodate up to four people. The property also includes two bathrooms, one with a shower on the first floor and another with both a shower and a spa on the ground floor. Additionally, there is a practical utility room where you can store wet swimwear and sandy shoes after a day at the beach. The interior design of the home is both spacious and practical, with a large open-plan kitchen and living room perfect for socializing. The ground floor also includes one of the bedrooms, a large builder's room, and a full bathroom. On the first floor, three additional bedrooms and a second bathroom provide plenty of space for everyone. The home is ideally located in the center of Løkken, offering easy access to both the beach and the town?s amenities. Whether you're visiting during peak season or in the off-season, this property is a great choice for a relaxing vacation. Outside, the large terrace and private garden offer the perfect space to enjoy the Danish summer weather. From the kitchen-living room, you can easily access the outdoor area, making it ideal for alfresco dining or simply relaxing. The property?s location near the center of Løkken allows you to enjoy the convenience of nearby shops, restaurants, and attractions, all while being tucked away from the noise of the city. This non-smoking holiday home welcomes families and small groups and is not suitable for youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

The booking confirmation from Booking.com is not considered as a rental document and does not entitle you to receive the key. Please note: In your Booking.com account, links and attachments sent by DanCenter will not be displayed. Therefore, check your regular email account/SPAM folder as well. DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancellations. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking.
