The cottage is fantastically located, at the end of a gravel road and with the most beautiful view over the fjord, both from the house and from the terrace and grounds. In the house you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which has a sauna. The kitchen to the dining area and living room is open and the large picture windows offer not only a beautiful light but also a fantastic view. From the living room you have access to the partially covered terrace with nice garden furniture and a barbecue. In the house, a staircase leads to the open second floor, which is furnished with comfortable furniture. From here you have access to the balcony, which also offers a great view over the fjord. There is also an outbuilding. Here you can look forward to many pleasant hours. Next to the bedroom with double bed there is an activity room with pool table, bar, TV. Here you will also find an additional refrigerator for cold drinks and an additional TV. The 5,000 m² natural plot offers plenty of space to romp around. From the property you can walk down landscaped paths that lead to the fjord some distance from the house. Here you will find a cozy little place with a viewpoint. During the summer season, a bathing jetty is set up. However, we recommend you to go to the small bathing beach in Stauning, which is about 6 km from the house, as the water is much better there. Only 6 km from the house in the direction of Ringkøbing there are good conditions for surfers. Note: The boat shown in the pictures is only for decoration and can not be used.
