My husband and I own the property with 9 apartments located at Dag Hammarskjölds Alle 32-32A, and we have managed the building in the last 10 years with both long term and short term rentals. We provide the apartments fully furnished, and with good taste and quality of both furnishings, kitchen supplies etc. Lastly, we are always available to our guests if there are any questions or problems that need attention.

The apartment features a well-equipped kitchen with all the necessary cooking utensils, including a fridge and freezer, microwave oven, oven, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine. In the large bathroom there is a room for the toilet and sink where you can do laundry (wash and dry) and separately a large and spacious shower cabin. A welcome package is included with Nespresso coffee, tea, sugar. Shampoo, conditioner, and soap, as well as tablets for the dishwasher and washing machine. The rent includes bedding, towels, etc. In addition, cleaniness is important to us, so the apartment is always cleaned by a professional company, and linen is washed by a professional laundry company. WIFI is included. There is the option of free parking next to the building as a first come first serve principal.
