Josefine Have number 135 is a modern brick house that offers almost everything the heart could desire in terms of modern facilities. The house has two bedrooms on the first floor, where there is also a large living room. In addition, the house has three bathrooms and there is room for 6 people. On the ground floor there is, among other things, a beautiful open concept kitchen and dining room, with large window sections and much light - and comfort that suits everybody! Like the other beautiful houses in Josefines Have, the holiday home is a two floor house with a view of the beautiful Danish holiday home areas as well as Vendsyssel Park, which is on the way to the beach, immediately on the other side of Søndergade. In Josefines Have no. 135 you will find shelter on the terrace, surrounded by several beautiful, white houses with red rooftops and large window sections - everything kept completely aligned and beautiful. The backyard is enclosed and private. In addition to the holiday homes for rent, Josefines Have also houses several permanent residents, so the area is safe and well maintained. There isn’t much traffic, as the entire area consists of enclosed roads with just a single exit and entrance. The cottage is non-smoking and youth groups are not allowed.
