Children up to 12-year-old can stay for 50% of the adult rate per child per night.

Please note that guests booking 11 or more rooms may be contacted by the property to make the payment within the next 72 hours to guarantee the reservation.

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.

Please make sure the credit card that the reservations was made is the same credit card at check in. If you want to change it you can do so at the front desk but the credit card that the reservation was made needs to be physically present.

The property will contact the guest to confirm method of payment only on New Years holiday season and Holy week season. Any period excluded the property will not contact guests to confirm method of payment.
