After falling in love with the Dominican Republic (DR) during his travels there, in 2006, at 25 years of age, David constructed his first villa there. During this time, he also met Paul “Chip” Bommarito, who became his partner in the business. With their shared passions for the real estate business they started DRListings, combining David’s skills and experience in internet marketing and construction development with Paul’s deep family roots and 25 years of experience working in the DR. Together, they built a large clientele with substantial investment in the country manned by a full staff, including sales people, legal personnel and subcontractors. David and Paul played a significant role in the development of Escondido Bay Playa Laguna beachfront community, which has garnered highly rated reviews for its location and guest experiences.
