Relax in this Penthouse apartment at El Flamboyan! 8 minutes walk gets you to Punta Poppy, and 8 minutes walk to the heart of Las Terrenas! All the bedrooms and separate bungalow have air-conditioning. You will have your own small private plunge pool to keep you cool on the terrace. The separate 1 bedroom bungalow with its own bathroom is automatically included if your booking is for 8 people or more. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties. Maximum 10 guests. Please only smoke outside on the terrace. Lost towels or missing towels will charged a replacement fee. Electricity is charged separately at check out based on consumption. This can be paid in cash at checkout. By accepting the reservation the client understands and accepts that during the period of stay the electricity and water supplies occasionally can be cut off for various reasons decided upon by the water and electric company. This unfortunately is beyond our control and no kind of compensation or reimbursement will be granted for these reasons. The guest is aware that these are part of the reality of the Dominican Republic, as well as natural disasters of various kinds and that these issues will not be sufficient reason to benefit from any kind of compensation or reimbursement.

We think our location is great! We are right in the middle of town so everything is close! We like that we can walk and get to many restaurants and the beach. Right outside we have a couple local Dominican restaurants that serve great food and drinks. Dominicans love to listen to music and dance and celebrate with friends, we love being a part of this culture. On holidays and holiday weekends things can be a bit loud in town because every one is out celebrating. Some people may not love being in the middle of town and all the action on these holidays weekends. Personally we love it and wouldn’t change a thing!
