Relax with your family in our new build 3 bedroom modern townhouse in a beautiful and family friendly housing complex. The house features AC in all rooms, hot running water, smart TV, fibre optic WiFi and BBQ You can also enjoy the facilities of the urbanización including Swimming pools (opening October 2022) Children's play parks Sports pitch Well located 5 minutes to the airport 10 minutes to the main beaches and malecón 10 minutes to the Montecristi golf course Pets are welcome
