Apartments at Old Town are located next to Tallinn's city walls—a two-minute walk and you're in the Old Town. Our building is located on the border between the Old Town and Kalamaja, a historic district with wooden buildings and one of Tallinn's oldest suburbs. Our building, built in 1903, is a landmark, sharing its historical value with other neighborhoods like the Port of Tallinn and Toompea Castle. Now this neighborhood has undergone a complete renovation and has become an attractive and stylish area for tourists. Across the street from our building is the Estonian Academy of Arts.
