This stunning, feels-like-home ground floor apartment is centered around a huge swimming pool, just one step away from a large patio. It offers panoramic green views across a wide swimmable sea lagoon, providing a unique scenery and exceptional stay experience in El Gouna. The apartment is located in 'Westgolf' neighborhood, close to the lively Downtown area (a 2-minute drive) and Abu Tig Marina (a 4-minute drive), yet far enough from the crowd and noise.
Hi :) My brothers and I invested in buying a couple of unique properties in El Gouna. So, I decided to quit my job and move there to manage our rentals closely. I genuinely care that my guests have a real 10-stars experience. It truly delights me to see my guests happy :) I am available to receive any requests or questions that may enhance your stay. I will provide you with tips and recommendations for restaurants, beaches, water sports, and many hidden gems. Additionally, I can assist with recommendations for arranging safaris, boat trips, and rentals for cars, bikes, or bicycles.
El Gouna is a VIP protected tourist and residential area with beaches, lagoons, restaurants/ bars, nightclubs, banks, shops, cinema, theater, supermarkets, schools, diving centers, kite-surfing; in addition to a fantastic marina. The location enjoys a comfortable journeys on foot. There are also transportation options include tuk-tuks, which are mini-taxis that cost 50 EGP (around 1 EUR or 1 USD) for up to 3 passengers, available to and from any location in El Gouna. Additionally, there are car rental offices like SIXT and others in El Gouna, as well as bike and bicycle rentals, such as "Crystal Bike," located in downtown.
