Hi, I’m Mostafa, a local Nubian from West Aswan.
I was born and raised here in the Nubian community and love sharing our unique culture, traditions, and warm hospitality with guests from all over the world.
Hosting people in my home is more than just accommodation — it’s a way to make new friends and help travelers discover the real Nubian life by the Nile.
I’m always happy to help with anything you need: organizing trips, arranging transportation, or simply having tea and chatting on the terrace while enjoying the sunset.
My goal is for every guest to feel at home and leave with beautiful memories of Aswan and Nubia.
🌿 I’m looking forward to welcoming you to my Nubian home soon!
🏞️ About the Neighborhood – West Aswan (Nubian Village & Tombs of the Nobles)
The guesthouse is located in West Aswan, a calm and colorful Nubian village just across the Nile from the city center.
It’s surrounded by palm trees, traditional mud-brick houses, and beautiful views of the Nile.
One of the main attractions right here in the village is the Tombs of the Nobles (Qubbet el-Hawa) — ancient tombs carved into the mountain.
Guests can ride a camel up the hill to visit the tombs and enjoy one of the most stunning panoramic views of Aswan, the Nile, and the desert from the top.
It’s closer than Philae Temple or other main sights — just a few minutes from the guesthouse.
From the ferry station (in front of Aswan Train Station), you can cross the Nile and take a free tuk-tuk ride (around 8 minutes) to the guesthouse — a lovely route passing through old Nubian houses over 100 years old.
Nearby you can also visit Philae Temple, Elephantine Island, and the Nubian Museum, or enjoy a traditional Nubian meal by the river.
It’s a perfect area to experience real Nubian life — peaceful, authentic, and full of charm.
