予約を入れるとすぐにメッセージをくれ、こちらの要望を綿密に聞き取ってくれました。
ホテル着は午後９時、チェックアウトは翌午前３時という変則スケジュール。
さらに翌日のアスワン～アブシンベル～ルクソールという車をチャーターしての移動にも、ホテルのスタッフが対応してくれました。
仕事の合間を縫っての旅行で、通常の移動手段では目当ての都市を回れず思案していましたが、快く対応してくれて非常に助かりました。
