A luxurious 2 bedroom apartment, recent renovation completed in 2023 and offering quality furniture and beautiful sea views to match. This property has a new modern kitchen in grey with granite worktops and backsplash, built in oven, electric 4 ring hob, microwave and full size fridge freezer. The living room enjoys quality LED lighting, 65" LG Smart TV, fast wifi internet and a spacious balcony with a rattan 4 seater garden table set. 2 bedrooms + Sofa bed. There are 2 double bedrooms (one with kingsize bed, other with 2 single beds). The main bedroom has a second balcony also enjoying sea views. The bathroom is newly tiled with glass shower enclosure and modern fixtures throughout. The property is fully air conditioned and perfect for your holiday in Hurghada. Please note, according to local regulations, Egyptian Nationals staying together in the property must present a marriage certificate.
Located in the heart of Arabia area, just accross the newly opened public beach and promenade. Hurghada City Centre Mall is 2 minute drive (15 minute walk), Hurghada Marina is 5 minutes by car. Everything is within local reach
