Parking suitable for cars up to: - 4.10 meters long - 1.75 meters wide - 1.80 meters high To access the parking space, there is a 2.66-metre wide closed curve. It is a very central area, with normally heavy traffic. Although the flat is located on the 7th floor, traffic noise can be felt if you keep the access to the terrace open. ★ As in all LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES properties, the KITCHEN is thoughtfully equipped to make cooking and dining at home as comfortable as possible. ★ The MASTER BEDROOM has a 150 cm bed and an EN SUITE BATHROOM. The SECOND BEDROOM has two 90 cm single beds that can be pushed together if desired. The THIRD BEDROOM, on the upper floor, is furnished with an 80 cm trundle bed. ★ There is AIR CONDITIONING in both BEDROOMS on the lower floor, in the kitchen and in the living room. Despite our thorough cleaning prior to the arrival of our guests, the floor of the terrace tends to get dirty quickly due to pollution from the heavy traffic in the area. ★ Directly opposite, the Avenida Marítima runs the length of the city. It is a pleasant promenade that connects both shopping areas of the city (El Puerto and Triana). In addition, you can walk to the city's old town, Vegueta, in just 45 minutes. And by bike, in just 15 minutes. ★ IDEAL FOR FAMILIES AND GROUP OF FRIENDS. ★ For stays longer than 14 days, it is mandatory to hire an additional cleaning service for the accommodation of at least 3 hours (39 EUR), which is paid directly to the cleaner, in order to allow us to properly maintain the facilities. ★ La playa de Las Alcaravaneras es la segunda playa más frecuentada de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Se encuentra orientada al este, en la bahía de Las Isletas, dentro del Puerto de La Luz. Se extiende desde las instalaciones del Real Club Náutico de Gran Canaria hasta el nuevo espigón del muelle deportivo de la ciudad. Destaca por su arena rubia y sus barquitas en la arena, y en ella se pueden realizar diversos deportes como el piragüismo, el volley playa, el fútbol, la natación en mar abierto… ★ El Barrio de Alcaravaneras es un barrio eminentemente comercial, en el que conviven el comercio tradicional (desde las boutiques más selectas a las tiendas y centros que ofrecen productos locales) y los grandes establecimientos, en zonas como la calle Mesa y López o el Centro Comercial El Muelle. ★ En el barrio se encuentra también el muelle deportivo de la ciudad. Es un buen lugar para dar un paseo, tomar una copa en alguna de las terrazas o, simplemente, llegarse hasta el extremo del puerto para ver la ciudad y el puerto desde una óptica diferente. Desde el muelle deportivo hay acceso directo a la Playa de las Alcaravaneras. ★ Para los más futboleros, la visita al Parque del Estadio Insular es imprescindible. Se trata de un parque realizado en el solar del antiguo Estadio Insular, y en él aún pueden verse tres de las cuatro gradas del estadio que, durante décadas, fue la casa de la Unión Deportiva Las Palmas, el equipo insignia de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
