It has a big balcony overlooking the beautiful sandy beach of Gandia with wonderful views. Located in the complex Salinas, in the most peaceful area of the beach. The property with luxury fixtures and fittings, includes all required accessories, fully air conditioning/Heating. 1 double bedroom + 2 twin bedroom with fitted wardrobe space. Two fully fitted bathrooms with bath/ bidet. Living/dining room with communal digital TV,DVD, CD, modern dining furniture with seating for 6. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven dishwasher and washing machine. Weekly linen service. Heating/ air-con fitted in each room.
