The Akira Flats Diagonal Mar Apartments are two different apartments, located in the same residential building. Both apartments have four bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of them, "Four-Bedroom Apartment with Sea View - 10th Floor" located in a tenth floor, offers impressive views of the Mediterranean sea and Barcelona. The other one, "Four-Bedroom Apartment with Terrace - 4th Floor" is located and a fourth floor and has a beautiful terrace, with pleasant views to the community garden and partial side view of the sea. The two stylish air-conditioned apartments have a private furnished terrace and free WiFi. There are 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.The large living rooms have a 60" smart TV. A dishwasher, washing/drying machine and oven can be found in the well-equipped kitchen. Please, make sure which of the two apartments you select. See descriptions and pictures of each one. As the apartments are located in a residential building, we warn that the apartments are not suitable for groups of young people who want to party or noisy groups. Especially at night you must respect the rest of the neighbors. Akira Flats Diagonal Mar Apartments are located 300 metres from the beach. This modern apartments are set in a complex with a swimming pool and paddle-tennis courts. Also, Diagonal Mar Shopping Centre is opposite the property. El Maresme I Forum Metro Station is 500 metres from the property and the fashionable Born district is 7 stops away on the metro. La Rambla and Sagrada Familia are 5 km from Akira Flats Diagonal Mar. Taxi and bus stops are also next to the apartments.

This is an incredible location in the most modern quarter in Barcelona, Diagonal Mar. The construction is incredibly accurate and we decorated this apartment to make it a real cozy, high standard experience with a great TV, great terrace and the appropiate furniture to really enjoy it. The kitchen is as complete as you can think of, we continue to put more and more gadgets into it so you never find anything missing. Finally, in summer time the swimming pool is a must to visit after a day in the beach or in the congress!

Diagonal Mar is the best quarter in Barcelona in summer, as its one of the few quarters next to the beach, its the most modern and has the best shopping center in town so you don't need to move if you came to Barcelona to relax. Still you'll be just 20 minutes away from the city center so you can visit during the day and then relax in the beach or pool.
