Wonderful apartment located on the seafront, in a quiet residential area, Alcanada, with stunning views over the bay of Alcudia and direct access to solarium above the sea. The apartment has private parking, a lounge/ kitchen, a bedroom whith two single beds, a bathroom whih shower and a terrace in the front, its views and its enclave make this small apartment an exceptional place to spend a few days on vacation, rest and relaxation.
Alcanada, very quiet residential area, with few neighbors and on the seafront. Sandy beach at 50m on foot and from stones at 500m, restaurants and supermarket at 200m. At 1 Km we find one of the best golf courses in Europa. A 3min drive we are in the Pto Alcudia where there is a wide range of shops, restaurants,bars,nautical club, water park and start of a beautiful 9km long sandy beach. The millenary town of Alcudia is only 5 minutes away by car, where we can enjoy a walk through its historical wall and visit its bustling market on tuesdays and sundays.
