"All Nature" -is a villa surrounded by nature, spacious, modern and well equipped. 2,400m2 of garden. Outdoor lounge, Chill out bed, 2 jacuzzis, Barbecue, WIFI, Air conditioning in living/dinning room and bedrooms. Also ceiling fans. Supermarket at 7km. 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms. Total privacy. Paella delivery services and chef booking. We offer ourselves to organise airport pick ups. Taxi vans with 8 seats for large groups. Noise can not be made after 10pm in the garden. The breach of this rule would lead to the cancellation of the reservation without any right to a refund. The use of CONFETTI is prohibited.
Young spirit, Kind, a friendly and helpful person The owner lives 10 min away. Very friendly and helpful owner. Dedicated to make sure you have a great holiday.
The house is located in a residential area in full countryside. We kindly ask our guests to respect sleeping times and not to be noisy between 22.00h and 8.00h. Failing to comply with this condition could make the owner canceling the stay and there will no right to any refund. The city of Valencia is at a 25 min drive. The closest supermarket is 7 km away and a car is necessary for daily transport. We offer transport through local taxi vans (up to 8 passengers) and private transport services for local grocery shopping. Ask for our rates.
