The ground floor has a separate fully equipped kitchen, guest toilet, spacious living room with stove, French door that leads to a terrace surrounded by a tropical garden. An ideal place to relax equipped with sunbeds and barbecue facilities. In the beautiful garden there are 2 swimming pools and 1 for children, which are pleasing for your eyes and allow you to enjoy the view of the sea and the majestic mountain while swimming. On the 1st floor of the house there are 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and 2 bathrooms, one of them is ensuite bathroom. From the bedroom there is a French door leading to the terrace with a magnificent view of the sea, the garden with pools and the mountain.On the 2nd floor there is a master bedroom with direct access to the bathroom. From the bedroom you can get to the terrace with a magnificent view. All rooms are air conditioned. The house has a garage and a private parking place.

Neighbourhood information

The spacious two-story house is located in a quiet place in an exceptional location, with neighboring houses forming a safe and enclosed area next to a pine grove and green vegetation with direct access to the beach. Family area, quiet and at the same time very well connected with nearby civic amenities - supermarkets, shops, pharmacy, restaurants, and golf courses. The surrounding area offers countless trips, cycling and walking trails. From the garden there is a direct, private and lockable entrance to the Guadalobón beach and the promenade, leading around the sea to the Port and Laguna Village. From here you can easily reach some of the best beach restaurants by a pleasant walk. There are over 70 golf courses on the Costa del Sol in a relatively small area, which is a great opportunity to enjoy golf to the fullest. Thanks to the friendly weather all year round, you don't have to limit when you want to play your favorite game. One of the golf course nearby is Valle Romano Golf is just 5 minutes away by car. You can easily get around by car, taxi and along the sea by public bus. Spanish drivers drive very fast, a large number of roundabouts is unique.
