Please note that it is prohibited to hold parties or cause disturbance to other guests at the property. Stag or Hen groups are not allowed. Individual reservation belonging to a party group can be cancelled by the hotel.

Drinks are not included in the half board or full board.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. We accep Visa, Mastercard and cash. In compliance with Law 11/2021 of 9th July, cash payments will not be accepted from companies and citizens not residents in Spain when the total value of the stay exceeds 10.000 euros and the maximum amount for residents is 1000 euros .

Guest name changes from reservations are not permitted in this property.

Early departure, the hotel will charge 100%.
