Days before your arrival, we will contact you at the phone number you provided in your reservation to arrange the time of your arrival. Depending on availability, upon prior request, and only if the property is available and prepared for your arrival, you may check in before 5:00 pm. This depends on the time our cleaning department needs to prepare the new stay. Please note that if you plan to arrive later than 7:00 pm, you must inform us in advance to deposit your keys in a keybox at our agency so you can pick them up independently.
For the payment of the security deposit, you have the option to pay it physically at the agency during our business hours or do it remotely through a secure payment link from BBVA bank. This deposit will be refunded within seven days after your departure, subject to verification of the property.

Charming country house with three bedrooms, located just 2.8 km from the fine sandy Pau Pi beach. A two-hectare farm with its own water, a large garden and a 9x9x1.5m irrigation water pond surrounded by a pine forest and orange plantations. This typical building of the area is distributed over two floors. On the main floor there is a large 37m2 porch, the kitchen, the dining room, the double bedroom with a 150cm bed and a bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor, two bedrooms with two 90cm beds each.
Inside the enclosure you can park up to 2 vehicles. If you want to bring your pet, you can do so for a supplement of 50 euros each up to a maximum of two allowed. As for the equipment, it is worth mentioning WiFi, barbecue, two sun loungers for the garden, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, TV, iron for clothes, hair dryer, sheets, towels and kitchenware.
The water pond is operational for bathing from June to September and the gardener regularly visits the property to maintain the pond and the garden properly, as well as to attend to the occasional agricultural needs of the estate.
The house does not have any fan or air conditioning. The owner will receive you personally and will answer any questions that may arise on the day of your arrival.
The accommodation is located just 500m from a supermarket, 450m from a pharmacy, 200m from bars and restaurants and 750m from the climb to the Castillo de Santa Ana in Oliva.
