Arrivals between 9:30 PM and 12:00 AM will incur a supplement of €20.
Arrivals after 12:00 AM will incur a supplement of €50.
Check-out is by 11:00 AM at the latest. Failing to vacate the apartment after this time, without written approval from the property, will result in a penalty of €50 for each additional hour.
Losing the keys or leaving them inside the apartment will incur a penalty of €50.
Leaving the apartment dirty will incur a penalty of €50, plus the cost of professional cleaning of upholstery or similar surfaces.
Bringing pets is allowed only upon request. A €20 advance payment is required, and sofa covers are provided and must be used. Pets must remain under the supervision of their owners at all times and may not be left alone in the apartment. A refundable deposit of €300 is required for bringing pets, which will be returned after an inspection of the apartment.
The property is located next to a busy road, and although there are double-glazed windows, some noise may be heard. Check-in is from 4 PM, and although there is no time limit, it is necessary to inform the guest of their arrival time, especially for arrivals after 9 PM. Check-out is by 11 AM at the latest. Leaving the apartment after this time without written approval from the property owner carries a penalty of €50. Losing keys or leaving them inside the apartment carries a penalty of €50. Leaving the apartment dirty carries a penalty of €50, plus the cost of professional cleaning, such as upholstery or similar. Bringing pets requires a €20 advance payment (sofa covers are provided). Any damage, whether intentional or negligent, that requires cleaning of urine, stains, or odors, as well as any necessary repairs or replacements, will incur the cost of professional cleaning. In the event that the apartment cannot be made available to subsequent guests due to such damage, a penalty equal to the loss of income caused will also apply.
