We are two friends who like to travel and invest, in love with our city we created this space to give the traveler the opportunity to get to know this cozy and charming city, Murcia, how beautiful you are.

70m2 apartment, with 3 bedrooms, 2 of them joined together, ideal for families, 1 bathroom, living room-kitchen, interior patio, 1st floor without elevator, parking, WIFI, renovated and soundproofed in the old town of Murcia. Guarded public parking is necessary to reserve.12 euros/day PRIOR COMMUNICATION WITH THE GUEST AND IN CERTAIN CASES A BLOCK WILL BE MADE ON THE DAY OF ENTRY OF 150 EUROS ON THE GUEST'S CARD AS A DAMAGE DEPOSIT THAT WILL BE UNBLOCKED ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE. THE GUEST CAN CANCEL FOR FREE UP TO 7 DAYS PRIOR. THE GUEST WILL HAVE TO PAY THE TOTAL PRICE OF THE RESERVATION 7 DAYS BEFORE THE ARRIVAL DATE AND NOT BEFORE.
