Property information

Apartamento Sol & Playa Gandia is located on the third floor with no lift ( TERCERO SIN ASCENSOR ) in the building, which is located in the heart of Playa de Gandia. The apartment is in close proximity to restaurants, bars, shops and all amenities. The beach in Gandia is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in Spain. A 7 km long and a 200-300 metre wide beach with a gentle descent to the crystal clear sea make it an ideal place to relax for children and adults. A lot of playgrounds, pitches and bars located on the beach will not let you get bored during sea and sun bathing. The apartment was refurbished in 2021. It has been equipped with new household appliances. Comfortable 3 bedrooms, one large bathrooms with bath, a large living room, kitchen with laundry and a spacious balcony. The apartment is only 200 meters from the beach.

Neighbourhood information

The region of Gandia is not only the beach and the sea, but also the fragrant orange and almond groves, the Monastery of Sant Jeroni de Cotalba, the Ducal Palace of Gandia, the Archeological Museum of Gandia, Mondúber, Castillo de Bairén, hiking and biking trails, mountain trails and many great places worth visiting. We cordially invite you to the Costa de Azahar, where the shining sun and smile on the faces of people are everyday life.
