The apartment is located in a calm area in Poble Sec, very little traffic. The apartment has a nice balcony with furniture.
We form part of the Cityhall program WERESPECT in Barcelona - We respect the neighbors and for this reason we do not accept that our guests make disturbing noise after 22.00 hours. The apartment has a device that controls the decibel levels of noise and in case that we have to go to the apartment to solve the problem, the guests will be charged a penalty fee.
