All of the air-conditioned Latin apartments have satellite TV, washing machine and a private terrace. They are located in the exclusive Parador area of Nerja, 100 metres from Burriana Beach. The Apartamentos Latin complex has a small pool and with sun loungers and tables. There is also a library, and reception can offer advice on what to do in Nerja. Each of the apartments has a lounge, kitchen with fridge and kettle, and 1 or 2 bedrooms. They also have modern bathrooms. A range of supermarkets, bars and restaurants can be found within 5 minutes’ walk of the Latin Apartments.
