Modern penthouse with solarium (105 M2) (renovated in 2023) is located in a house with an elevator and free private parking in an underground garage in a closed resort, in an ideal quiet location, close to restaurants, shops, the famous shopping and entertainment center La Zenia 3 km from Houses, golf courses 3 km. Up to three beaches from 250 to 850 m. The living room and one of the bedrooms have access to the terraces. New air conditioners will cool you down on a hot day. Comfortable beds with quality linens. Plasma Smart TV. Free Wi-Fi throughout the resort. The kitchen for the most biased housewives is equipped with a microwave oven, Bosch household appliances: a dishwasher, a hob, an oven, a refrigerator, two types of coffee makers, an electric kettle, a toaster, a mixer, and so on. Swimming pool with free sunbeds, round-the-clock security, bar, billiards right on the territory of the resort. The solarium is equipped with a shower, swings, sun loungers, a dining area. The terraces and solarium offer views of the sea and surroundings. Convenient for families with children. Baby cot and high chair available upon request. Board games will brighten up your evenings. Romantic atmosphere for lovers. A bottle of wine and other delicious treats await you upon arrival. The penthouse has a washing machine, there is also a laundry 20 meters from the house. Grocery store and pharmacy 50 meters away. Supermarket Consum 300 meters away. The house is located on the street where the traditional fair is held on Thursdays.
