Stylish 1 Bed apt with front balcony. This beautifully presented apt comfortably sleeps 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. There are 2 single beds in the bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed in the lounge. It has a modern American style kitchen with elec hob and microwave and breakfast bar. The modern bathroom has a bath and shower. The property also has a balcony to seat 4 people. It is situated 5 mins walk from the beach where there are many bars and restaurants and supermarkets close by.
Myself and my partner live 15 mins away so we are available in case of emergency. We will also provide a contact number should you need any help or information during your stay
Santiago is a busy resort not only in summer but still has a lot going on in the winter months. There are lots of bars and restaurants close by and the mar menor is calm and safe for children to swim. Lo Pagan which is famous for its mud baths is 15 mins walk.
Public transport is reliable and taxis readily available. The Mediterranean is only 10 mins drive away and the large city Cartagena is 30 mins drive
