Santa Catalina is Palma's most popular nightlife district and hotspot, with many bars, trendy boutiques and stylish cafes. Although the apartment has been completely renovated, it has lost none of its original charm. Former parts such as wooden beams, stone walls, etc. have been restored and adapted to the modern design. The spotlessly clean, renovated apartment impresses with its modern, minimalist furnishings. The apartment has 85 m2 and has two bedrooms and two en-Suite bathrooms for a maximum of 4 people. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and freezer, 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The bathrooms have a modern Italian design.
