72m2 apartment for 4 people with views of the northern garden of Valencia, is located on the Playa de la Patacona, a residential marine neighborhood with everything you need. 15 minutes from the Historical Center of the city and the City of Arts and Sciences and only 25 minutes from the Albufera Natural Park. It has a swimming pool, gym, playground, paddle courts, basketball and football, mini-golf, social club, restaurant, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating.

The beach of Patacona, Alboraya is a must-see during your stay in Valencia. This area maintains its charm during the summer season, as well as in the winter. At 100 meters from the apartment there are all kinds of services and leisure facilities, supermarkets, fashionable restaurants, hammocks on the beach, beach volleyball facilities, the museum of the Valencian writer Vicente Blasco Ibáñez… You will enjoy the proximity of the orchard of Valencia, which is from the Andalusian period.
