Comfortable south-facing apartment very close to Patacona beach, up to 4 people, it is the perfect combination of beach and city-rest. Easy access to public transportation. Its functional design, as well as its pleasant terrace, swimming pool, playground and sports area will make your stay a relaxing and fun experience for the whole family. The 76 m2 apartment has the following spaces: - Cozy living room with sofa, HD-TV and direct access to the terrace. - Separate kitchen with an exterior gallery and fully equipped (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, mixer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle...). - South facing terrace, where you can enjoy a dining area with 4 chairs. - Master bedroom with a 180x200 cm double bed, large wardrobe and direct access to the terrace. - Second bedroom for double single use equipped with two 90x190cm beds, wardrobe and HD-TV. - Bathroom with bathtub and large sink. It is delivered with bed linen, 1 hand and bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and welcome kitchen amenities (1 scouring pad, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 garbage bags, 1 washing machine soap, 2 dishwashing tablets, dishwasher, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom, hand gel). Nespresso capsules and 1 1l mineral water. (No replacements are made). Services and common areas: - Free WIFI. - Hot/cold air conditioning. - Parking available.
