Welcome to this charming apartment with shared pool and only 500 meters from the beach of Denia, where 2+2 guests will find their second home. The exteriors of the property are ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. In the well-kept communal gardens you will find a wonderful shared chlorine pool, with dimensions of 16 x 11 m and a depth range of between 0.9 and 2 m. The little ones can also have fun while splashing in the children's pool or playing in the playground. In addition, those who enjoy sport can have a good time on the two paddle tennis courts offered by the community. Once on the property, the fantastic balcony will become the perfect place to start the day with a good breakfast while enjoying the beautiful views of the surroundings, or to enjoy unforgettable moments while having lunch or a drink with your companions at the end of the day. Please note that, due to its location in a block of apartments, the apartment has direct neighbors, so privacy is partial. Located in a building with elevator, the bright and cozy interior of the apartment is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. The living room has AC and TV, while the kitchen has ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board and if you wish you can go up to the roof to hang out the clothes. To rest you have a bedroom with double bed and access to the balcony. If needed, two more people can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. A bathroom with shower completes the house. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a crib and a highchair. The swimming pool is open all year round from 9:00 to 15:30 and from 17:00 to 23:30. If you wish to use the paddle courts, we recommend you to book them at the reception desk.

In 10 minutes by car you will reach the historic center of Denia, where you can visit such emblematic places as its castle, which offers panoramic views of the sea and the city, the port and, of course, stop at one of the many restaurants in the area to enjoy the excellent cuisine of the area, specializing in rice, seafood and fresh fish.
