Villa MAGNOLIA is a beautiful vacation Villa with private pool in a few meters from the well-known beach Playa Cristal in Pino Alto, the most exclusive area of ​​Miami Playa. It has 4 bedrooms, air conditioning in all rooms, garden with barbecue area and parking space for 2 cars, wi-fi. All on one floor. Villa Magnolia has been completely renovated in 2021. It´s a very comfortable house on one floor at the foot of the beach Playa Cristal, in the most prestigious area of ​​Miami Playa - Pino Alto. It is perfect to accommodate 8 people, since it consists of an open living-dining room with a fully equipped kitchenette; 4 double bedrooms in total distributed in: 2 suites with 180x200 double beds with air conditioning and fan in each bedroom, bathrooms with shower; 2 other rooms with air conditioning: -1 room with 2 beds 90x200 and another with a bed of 160x200; 1 bathroom for these 2 rooms with shower. From the living room there is access to the pool area and barbecue. The garden is very intimate and discreet. Villa Magnolia also has parking for 2 cars and wi-fi included in the price.

This house has special facilities for families with small kids like baby swiming pool area, and as additional option we fence the pool (upon request, for those who travels with toddlers). The beach is within 4 min walking distance. We can provide all kind of baby logistics (baby cots plastic or wooden, high chairs, baby cot bumpers, etc. (all upon request). For those who travel will elder kids, amusement parks situated within 20 minutes drive: Port Aventura, Costa Caribe, Aquopolis, Ferrari Land - are a must. You can book tickets in advance or buy it directly in our office. This place is a great option because you have all the entertainment facilities in a short drive, but can always come back to your quiet and relaxing ambient of this villa. An important point is to know that we are pending of all our clients during the state, and there always be a person evailable to help you with your stay.
