A brand new building with luxury apartments. They are spacious, with avant-garde decor and Premium services, in four-storey building, recently released, in the heart of “portuense” colonial centre. OFFICIAL HEALTH AND CLEANING PROTOCOLS + OZONE TREATMENT. Neighbourhood information

It is located in a recently remodelled pedestrian street, full of small shops and at the same time close to all leisure options. Just a few steps from the Plaza del Charco and the harbour, and 10 minutes from the Martiánez Beach / Lagos Martiánez salt water swimming-pool complex. It is also 400 metres away from the central bus station and 100 metres from a taxi rank. In the surrounding area there is a petrol station, supermarket, pharmacy, medical centre, hairdresser, bank, car and motorbike hire, clothes/shoes shops, souvenir/souvenir shops and a wide range of cafés and restaurants.
