Pedro and Belén, the owners, love to travel and discover new places. Irene, Minda and Viviana are at the front office, making sure everything runs smoothly and that guests feel at home. We all love Barcelona and we want you to enjoy it as much as we do!

It's an amazing and comfortable penthouse, completely quiet despite being right in the centre of Barcelona. Its spectacular 45m² terrace enjoys full privacy and gets sun all day long for you to enjoy. It has parquet floors and elegant Asian style furniture, and it's ideal for both business and tourism.

Neighbourhood information

We are placed in the Eixample district, just 20min walk from Plaça Catalunya and 15min walk from Plaça de Espanya and Fira Barcelona. It's a central and elegant residential neighbourhood, famous for being home to most of Barcelona's art nouveau buildings. It's a safe area but also a vibrant one, with nightlife and a thriving café culture.
