The apartment is new and modern. It is a duplex penthouse with terrace. The lower floor has a bright living room with balcony and sofa bed, a modern fully equipped kitchen so you can cook your favorite dishes, a bedroom with double bed and a large window and built-in wardrobe and a full bathroom with shower. The upper floor is a spacious suite with a double bed, a living area with a sofa bed, a complete bathroom with shower and a large bathtub, and finally an incredible terrace where you can enjoy the sunny days of the city and magnificent views. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, wifi, bed linen, towels, hair dryer, and everything you need for a great stay. The apartment has been furnished with all the necessary appliances to ensure a comfortable and great stay. During the stay, guests have access to the entire house. Located on the north side of the historical center, between El Egido Hill & Gibralfaro. Most tourists amaze with the urban art of the neighborhood, specially for the colorful graffities on many of its walls. During Easter, some of the “Cofradías” walk through calle Cruz Verde (200m away from the apartment). Streets full of life, with a prime location: 5-10min away from city center and 15min on foot to La Malagueta beach. You will find small stores, frequented by locals & tourists. Surrounded by bars and restaurants where to enjoy Malaga’s gastronomy, and with supermarkets, pharmacies and banks nearby.
