Bright ground-floor apartment with two private patios and a large communal area, ideal for enjoying the outdoors. Located in a quiet community and an exceptional area, just a few minutes from the train station and with all services nearby: supermarkets, sports facilities, and fast access to the new B40 road. The apartment is completely exterior, providing excellent natural light throughout the day. It features a front patio that insulates from street noise and a large private rear patio, perfect for relaxing, dining outdoors, or enjoying in peace. It includes a master suite with a private bathroom, two single bedrooms, and a second full bathroom. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, and all necessary utensils.
