I created now the site VILLAGRANCANARIA. 20 years ago all started as a hobby to me, I made an investment and soon enough my friends decided to do so as well and trusted me to help them rent their houses, nowadays, I manage over 200 properties all around the island with the help of a qualified team of 15 people. Our main target is to match the motto "Happy guests = happy owners", we ensure to pick the best properties and give our guests and owners the best treat possible. We love proximity! and we will always do our best to provide an unforgettable holiday experience!

Wide spaces in a wonderful location, with all amenities at hand, just taking a relaxing walk you can get to the best beaches in the southern area: Las Burras, Playa del Inglés, Maspalomas and Meloneras. Perfect for families and friends, make the most of your stay using the built-in BBQ in the outdoors terrace. 3 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and three spacious terraces where to dine or sunbathe. Restaurants, shops and supermarkets within walking distance, a quiet yet lively location, all you could ask for :)
