Located right on the sandy beach of Puerto Pollensa, with a wide array of shops and restaurants virtually at your doorstep, this apartment is set to impress for its light and airy feeling as well as for its breathtaking views. Sleeping up to 6 guests in 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, and measuring more than 160sqm plus a sea-facing terrace, this apartment will not disappoint. Air-conditioning is available for our guests and included in the rental price at set times (2pm-4pm and 8pm-8am). We will send you a link from our bank where you will be able to pay the Ecotax by credit card before your arrival. This tax is compulsory.

The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines

In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a fee of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be picked up by the guest at our office

On the day of check-out, no trash should be left at the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a €150 fee will be charged for waste management.

Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Therefore, close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
