We are proud to present this beautiful Spanish-style villa in El Presidente, Villamartin. The main level offers open-plan living, kitchen, and three bedrooms. Two extra bedrooms and a bathroom are in the lower level, available on request for an additional nightly fee. The villa is fully furnished with A/C in each room, plus a hot tub and pool with children’s area (pool heating available at extra cost). The space Step inside and feel right at home in the bright, open living and dining area. Sink into one of the comfy sofas and unwind with a movie on the 60” smart TV, or gather around the dining table for a cozy meal together. The kitchen has everything you need — from oven and hob to fridge freezer and washing machine — making it easy to cook up family favorites or prepare a quick snack before heading out. On this level, you’ll find the master bedroom with its double bed, plenty of storage, and a peaceful feel for restful nights. The second and third bedrooms are perfect for family or friends, each with twin beds and a bedside cabinet. A stylish family bathroom with a walk-in shower and built-in storage makes mornings easy for everyone. Just off the living room, a spacious covered terrace offers the perfect shady spot to relax with a drink and enjoy the breeze. Head downstairs and step out into the garden and pool area — the heart of outdoor living here.
