You will have access to a private, fully equipped kitchen, as well as air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a TV with Spanish channels and a movie package, a streaming device, a washing machine, an electric water heater, and a dedicated workspace. The house includes built-in wardrobes and is spread over 2 floors, with an additional 60 m² distributed across 3 terraces, offering stunning views of the bay of La Herradura and the Cerro Gordo Natural Park. The property is equipped with security cameras, which are deactivated during guest stays. Outside, you will find 2 covered terraces and a furnished pergola area with fantastic views. Guests also have access to a shared playground, as well as padel and basketball courts. This is a secure residential complex. Please note that parking is not guaranteed, although it is usually available within the complex. Additional street parking is also available.
