The ground floor also provides for two double bedrooms. The master with king size bed and its own large private bathroom, twin sinks a Jacuzzi bath and shower over. The second bedroom also has a King size bed, which is situated next door to a fully tiled bathroom with enclosed shower, sink and toilet. Moving down the interior stairs to a traditional inside courtyard. Here there are another two twin bedrooms, third bathroom, additional second lounge and utility room. Both bedrooms have twin beds, extra long (2m) The second lounge provides a perfect reading and relaxing room, especially when you want a break from the summer sun. Lastly the utility room has a modern washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothes rack etc. Moving there is plenty of space outside or on the property for parking. The property, is located on a hill overlooking Caleta De Fuste is what gives it its stunning views. A walk to nearby shops, bars and restaurants takes 10 minutes and the Town twenty. Taxis are plentiful and very reasonable. For those families with a baby we have now added a cot and high chair on request for your families use.

The villa is on a very quiet cul-de-sac, situated o the hill overlooking Caleta De Fuste it has great views. Shops and bars are a ten minute walk and the town centre and beaches are twenty minutes. Taxis are plentiful and easily available as well, costing under four euros to and from Town (June 2023).
