Welcome to our elegant and spacious 3 bedroom townhouse in Costalita, Cancelada, Near Marbella on the Costa del Sol. Ideal for relaxing beach holidays with family and friends or golf and outdoor adventures. The house is located on the beach and was completely renovated in November 2023 and is new to the market. All furniture, beds and equipment in the house are brand new. With 3 large bedrooms and 3 EN Suite bathrooms. 3 terraces, one on each floor. Very exciting house of 202 m2. **The property has its own small sport arena/ playground only 600m from the house with FREE TENNIS COURT, playground for children, football court and basketball court + BBQ place for outdoor piknik :) All free for our guests. It is 20 meters from the sea, overlooking the sea, in a gated development with a swimming pool and with surveillance. It has supermarkets next door and large supermarkets are within walking distance. LOCATION Houses are rented for short periods throughout the year (1 week-2 weeks, maximum one month) between Marbella and Estepona, 8 km from Marbella, 10 km from Estepona and 4 km from Puerto Banus. In the Costa del Sol's most luxurious area today. You are located DIRECTLY ON the beach, ten minutes drive from the center of Marbella, Puerto Banus and Estepona, and 45 minutes drive from the center of Malaga, the airport and the AVE. Around the house there are several beach bars and many hotels and restaurants, also supermarkets and shopping and leisure centres. Hospiten Hospital only 5 km away and many clinics and pharmacies within walking distance. The Costa del Sol is the Costa del Golf, as it has the highest concentration of golf courses in Spain. It currently has more than 70 golf courses. Facilities nearby: Some supermarkets (Lidl + Mercadona + Supeco, ALDI), banks, pharmacy, health shop, post office, bakery, wine shop, beauty salon, cafes and restaurants in the charming village of Cancelada (5-8 minute walk over the footbridge). The municipality in our district has planned to build a magnificent promenade on the shoreline in front of our urbanization in the coming months and reservations are taken that these works may have a longer duration than initially planned. during the period there will be some irregularities in front of the pool area and possibly some on our plot.
