Situated in Benalmádena Arroyo de la Miel, this apartment in a quiet block is perfect for local amenities, shops and 10 minutes walk to the beach. It has two bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with a bath). The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine. There is a large terrace where you can enjoy a glass of wine and eat ‘al fresco’. The spacious living room has a flat-screen TV and a dining table and there is free WI-FI. Every room has air conditioning. The apartment complex has a garden area with a large pool and a small one for children. It also has a children’s playground. Opposite the apartment is a green area where you can walk and enjoy a small river and the wild ducks. A short distance away is the Parque de la Paloma, where you can enjoy the lake, see the wildlife and even have a picnic. The train station is a few minutes away, which is very convenient for travelling from the airport and there is easy access to the motorway. The apartment has a free underground parking space, which is useful if you hire a car.
