37m2 apartment in the heart of Puerto Rico with incredible views of the beach. It is located 10 minutes walk from Puerto Rico beach and the main shopping centers (Mogan Mall and Puerto Rico Shopping Center). The complex has a private pool and solarium with sun loungers. You can park for free on the same street. The apartment is located on the first floor of the building (you need to climb some steps). Right next to the complex, there is a supermarket open 7 days a week from 08.00am to 10.00pm. The Puerto Rico bus station is a 5-minute walk away with connections to the entire island. The minimum age for check-in is 18 years old.
