This elegant and spacious and just totally refurbished 3 bedroom apartment is superbly located next to the Alhambra and Plaza Nueva. Located in an emblematic building that is typical of the area, the apartment itself is bright and spacious, with tasteful decoration and furnishings. The elegant living area is the focal point of the apartment and includes a sitting room and dining room. Traditional balconette windows flood the room with light throughout the day, and the original hydraulic floor and high-quality furnishings work together to create a space that blends the classic with the contemporary. “Great option for anyone looking for a comfortable home away from home during their time in Granada”

The apartment is facing one of the most important streets, Gran Via and very close is located the Cathedral, a special and recommended historic place to visit.
