The fine print
We are open Monday to Fridays from 09.00 until 20.00 hs Bank holidays, Saturdays and Sundays from 10.00 to 14.00 hs Out of this schedule take note about the check-in fee: 14:00 - 19:59: 15 Euros (Bank holidays, Saturdays and Sundays) 20:00 - 22:59: 25 Euros 23:00 - 00.59: 40 Euros 01.00 - 09:00: 50 Euros Arrivals on Sunday or bank holidays will have an extra charge of 15€.
Please note: clients arriving after 00:00 who fail to inform us previously of their arrival time by e-mail will be charged an additional 50€.
Anyway, at check-in time, you will ask to pay the tourist fee (€2.48 per person and per night). Also as per law the property needs you to provide all passports to send the police report that all properties in Spain are obligated to send for security reasons.

A damage deposit of € 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
