Modern holiday townhouse on two floors, brand new (Dec.2022) with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with walk-in showers, in a quiet location just a few minutes walk from the centre of El Medano and close to the beaches of El Cabezo and La Jaquita. Perfect for those who want to be close to the beach but prefer less wind while at home. This spacious townhouse conveniently accommodates up to 6 people and offers a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a large terrace with outdoor dining area, sun loungers and direct access to the two community pools, one for small children and one 17 metre-long for adults: optimal for work-outs and recreation! Our guests can take advantage of filtered drinking water straight from the kitchen tap, free 600 Mbps Wi-Fi connection and a washing machine in a small laundry room. For maximum comfort it also includes a private underground parking space. Excellent for sports lovers: guests can leave their sports equipment on the second, private and locked terrace with direct access from the street. As usual in our proposals, bed linen and towels, beach towels, hairdryer and an ironing kit are available and included. Due to the proximity of this residential complex to Tenerife Sur airport, noise disturbances may occasionally occur. After check-out, please return the key to our office (Avda. José Miguel Galván Bello 29, El Médano) or, if it's closed, drop it into the mail box next to the entrance.
