On the ground floor you will find the garden and terrace area, the spacious living-dining room as well as the fully equipped kitchen, together with a toilet room and a laundry room. On the first floor we have 2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed of 160x200cm, with en-suite bathroom with shower, and the other room has two single beds of 90x190cm and a complete bathroom with shower. On the 2nd floor we have a double bedroom, with a 135x190cm bed, and two cosy and versatile terraces where you can sunbathe, relax or simply benefit from the light sea breeze that cools you down on hot summer days.
