This impressive property on two floors is located at an exceptional place in the touristic area of Bellavista, Cala Blava. The property has a fantastic terrace and a large swimming pool. It offers 6 bright, and fully air-conditioned bedrooms to accommodate up to 12 guests, 4 bathrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room. In addition, there is a large terrace with a swimming pool, sunbeds to enjoy the sun and an outdoor dining area with a barbecue. Next to the terrace there is a children's playground, which makes it an ideal property for everyone.

Cala Blava is located about 15 kilometres southeast of Palma, the capital of Mallorca. It is located in a coastal area. It has beautiful beaches and coves. These often have crystal clear waters and attractive natural surroundings. Some of the nearby beaches include Cala Blava, Cala Mosques and Cala Pi. Although Cala Blava is mainly a residential area, there are services and amenities nearby, such as restaurants, supermarkets and local shops.
